At Cebo, aspiring chef, Aurelio Morales, combines contemporary flare with traditional concepts of haute cuisine to produce an internationally varied menu with elements of cuisines spanning the continent, from Eastern Europe to the Atlantic shores of Spain. The décor is classy and comfortable. Unassuming, yet decidedly upscale. Execution and service from a noticeably young staff, is typically spot-on.
