Brawn restaurant in London's East End offers a sophisticated gourmet menu that's simple and pure in its treatment of each of the fresh, locally sourced ingredients serving as the building blocks for each dish. The May of 2023 menu boasts elegant renditions featuring lamb, duck, trout, cuttlefish, anchovies, lamb and guinea fowl. No beef in sight. But you won't miss the "moo" with these delicious dishes.
