We wrestled with whether to include Les Confréres in our list of top bistros in Paris. Unlike most bistros, Les Confréres has a contemporary, slightly industrial décor. The menu is full of traditional bistro dishes. But everything has a bit of a gourmet flare to it. The ‘small plates’ format brings the popularity of a Spanish tapas bar to Paris.
