Coromandel
Coromandel – Rome
If you like quaint and cute cafés with antique teacups and every breakfast item from pancakes and waffles to eggs, scrambled, poached or fried. My bacon was crisp, the way I like it, you’re going to love having breakfast at Coromandel. This if proof that good things come in little packages.
Molino – Rome
Molino, a bakery cum pizzeria, is open early and closes late. Enjoy a full egg breakfast with bacon and croissant and a hot cup of coffee. It just happens to double as the city’s best spot for pizza for the slice.
Babylon Café – Rome
No list of breakfast hangouts would be complete without one in Trastevere making the list. Babylon Café opens early breakfast and stays open late for cocktails and beer. Pancakes, eggs, scrambled or fried, omelets and Eggs Benedict. They even have an English Breakfast, complete with grilled tomatoes and sausages.
Ginger – Rome
With two locations in the heart of Rome’s tourist sector there’s likely a Ginger restaurant close to wherever you’re hanging your hat. Although they do an admirable job and lunch and dinner, the bright and airy décor lends itself perfectly to a pre-sight-seeing breakfast.
