Ristorante Sole – Vienna

Ristorante Sole – Vienna

If you’re staying a few nights in Vienna and need a break from sausages, beer and schnitzel, why not try this first-class Italian ristorante. It tops anything in Rome or Milan for Italian cuisine. That’s a bold statement but I’ll stand by it. The pasta, pizza and fresh fish dishes (yes … they typically have Branzino) are all done right with the best ingredients.

Neni – Vienna

Neni – Vienna

Neni, Vienna, has two locations, one in Naschmarkt and one at the edge of amusement park Prater, and more coming soon. This international chain of middle eastern influenced restaurants, founded by celebrity chef, Haya Molcho, has salted-caramel pancakes, traditional fried eggs and bacon, or a North African shakshuka … Something to please everyone at breakfast. The evening fare is just and interesting and delicious.
