Bodega de la Ardosa is the poster child of Spanish tapas bars in Madrid. Classic tapas and small plate dishes are offered in an ultra-traditional ambiance that shouts “I’m Spanish”. Service can be sketchy when it’s ultra-crowded. Best to go for a late afternoon snack or arrive early for lunch or dinner to avoid the chaos.
