La Dolores is another great example of a traditional tapas bar in Madrid’s iconic Las Letras barrio. The wall behind the bar is packed with ceramic beer mugs and countless bottles of beer brands, some local and some foreign. Tapas are displayed in a similar fashion to nearby El Diario.
