Los Rotos’ specialty for breakfast is huevos rotos … skillets of scrambled eggs made to order with your choice of sausage, ham, onions and other veggies mixed into the skillet. The restaurant is attractively decorated with marble-top tables and pretty ceramic tile floors. I like sitting at a table in the front room overlooking Calle de las Huertas, lined with parked motorcycles. Small singing birds will occasionally fly into the room and saunter about on the floor. It’s a great way to start your morning before crossing the street to visit the Prado Museum just a couple of blocks away.Summary of Review Here
