Ramon Freixe, at the helm of the Catalan chef of the same name, manages to meld elements of traditional Spanish cuisine and tradition with modern culinary trends and techniques to create a unique contemporary menu, masterfully executed. Service is top-notch, even at peak hours and the décor although in no way extravagant is still sophisticated delivering an understated elegance.
