Restaurant Tatel, located in Madrid’s upscale Salamanca neighborhood elevates Spanish cuisine to gourmet status with a décor that lives up to the food. No tasting menu here, just sophisticated preparations of Spanish cuisine with a few French and Asian overtones here and there, beautifully plated. Take a gander at the photo slider. For the level sophistication which rivals Europe’s top restaurants, Tatel is actually quite reasonably priced with many main course dishes less than 30 euros.
