The Greco's Project is about quick, well-prepared Greek classics, including one the best Gyro wraps in the city. It's an ultra-casual restaurant that caters primarily to city visitors walking up the two busiest pedestrian streets in the city, Ermou and Mitropoleos, and with a third location on the edge of Monastiraki Square.
